Definitions
In these terms, 'Dynamic Cars' means Dynamic Cars & Couriers LTD. 'We', 'our', and 'us' refer to Dynamic Cars. 'You' and 'your' refer to the passenger or account customer making a booking.

Agreement
By making a booking with Dynamic Cars, you agree to these terms and the applicable service tariff in force at the time of booking.
Quotes and Charges
Quotes are provided as journey estimates based on route, vehicle class, service level, time, and journey details provided at booking time. Additional stops, route changes, waiting time, or material booking changes may update final charges.
Waiting Time and Airport Pickups
Airport collections are coordinated using booking details including flight information where supplied. Waiting time and parking policy may apply depending on pickup type, terminal collection point, and actual arrival conditions.
Bookings, Cancellations and Refunds
Bookings can be amended or cancelled subject to operational timing and cancellation policy. Where eligible, refunds are processed using the original payment channel.
Passenger and Account Responsibilities
Passengers and account users are responsible for providing accurate booking details, including contact information, journey addresses, date/time, and any special requirements.
Damage, Safety and Right of Refusal
Dynamic Cars may refuse service where safety, legal compliance, abusive conduct, or vehicle protection concerns arise. Passengers may be charged for vehicle damage caused during a journey.
Lost Property
Reasonable efforts are made to recover and return lost items, but Dynamic Cars does not accept liability for personal items left in vehicles.
Data Protection
Passenger and account information is processed for booking, dispatch, support, and service delivery purposes in line with our Privacy Policy.
